Have always had good c/s with The hobbylinc, I cancelled an order with no problem I placed over the weekend which was a mistake on my end, very courteous staff and will continue to be a customer of hobbylinc.

Ordered a plastic model for my grandson for Christmas from Walmart.com. Order was cancelled with no explanation. Walmart showed item was still available for order, so I ordered it again and again it was cancelled without explanation. Found the same model at Hobbylinc for less money and very reasonable shipping. Even though I ordered it late, it arrived before Christmas. Very impressed.

Ppl illegally ordered under my name

They ordered another mobile bay using 1 800 number. They called here using your phone ID. I did not order another 1.. be aware of these scammers. I saw I put another order to be sent out.. on the 10th.. I canceled it from here.. next time I will call to ordered. Check my bank tomorrow..Great company

Delivery misinformation

I received a notification that some glue I ordered had been delivered but It was not on my front door as stated. I called in to say it was lost, and the representative said it was not out for delivery yet. Who is correct? There is obviously a problem with your notifications. I will wait two days to see if it arrives and if not, I will be calling back for a refund. Dr. Peter L Patton

They sent my order via ups but ups handed it off the post office which then apparently lost it saying it was delivered. I've been trying to call customer service at hobbylinc but there are no representatives available.

I ordered 3 kits on 8/18/21 and they never sent me a confirmation for the purchase. However they were quick to charge my credit card. I have sent emails and left phone messages. NO RESPONSE. I have ordered from these people several times. NEVER AGAIN!!!
